The HD is a great device. Easy to set up and install. The music quality is superb.
Linked up my vintage Nakamichi System One perfectly for hours of music from phone.
Simple to connect .
Sound quality very good too.
Truly wish I had found this before now!
Have reached a stage where I no longer want to buy CDs having over 3,000. But my love of music and especially discovering new-to-me music, remains. So I was looking for something that would allow me to listen to streamed music from my Qobuz subscription through my lovely old valve amplifier and Tannoy floorstanding speakers.
I read the reviews of the Auris Blu me Pro and ordered one. I connected it to my Separo P88 valve amplifier via the two RCA connectors. I downloaded the Auris app for my iphone. Connection using the Bluetooth 5 was simplicity itself. I then selected some tracks from my Qobuz playlist and was blown away by the quality of the sound. I pay extra to get the highest quality streaming music and I now have access to music at a quality above that of CDs.
Since acquiring the Auris Blu me Pro, I’ve not played a CD. The device is small and unobtrusive and the display lets me see the track being streamed. Very happy with this and probably the best addition to my audio gear. Very reasonably priced too.
My Equipment in my main system consists of a Phase Linear 400 power amp, Carver m4000t Pre Amp, Sony CDP77ES cd player, Micro Seiki MB-14 turntable with an ortofon 2m Blue cartridge and Polk Audio RTA 12 speakers All pieces have been refurbished and have AudioQuest Mackenzie interconnects. I am 57 yrs old and I am a beginner at Spotify and streaming (I was forced to learn with my new car-no cd player) I wanted something to play my Spotify playlists through my main vintage analog system. Everything I checked out either cost a ton or sounded like crap. I decided to give the BluMe-Pro a try as it had great reviews and several reviews claimed this unit to be better than the Audioengine B1. I must admit, I wasn't too optimistic, but it was easy to set up and works like a charm. I did upgrade the supplied interconnects with some older Linn cables that I had and it made a world of difference. I can not stress enough to UPGRADE your interconnects, you will be so much happier. Bottom line; its simple to hook-up, use and does what I want it to do. It sounds really good in my system with nice bass, separation and good sound staging. I'm really pretty blown away at it's performance and price point!!!!!!!! Thank You!!!!

Well, I've been a holdout on the streaming thing but took a chance on this device. I'm basically an analogue guy. I must say I'm rather impressed. I am really enjoying my new Tidal account using a Wyred for sound STI 1000 v2 through Magnepan 17i speakers. Still possibly a little warm (rolled off) but I don't fault this device at all. It's probably the speakers, This streamer is an improvement, I'd say. Kind of analytical sounding... not a bad thing. Clarifies what further steps i may need to take. I'm happy about this... you know the drill. LOL. Get one and join the party. Happy listening! The 4 stars may easily be 5, I haven't figured this all out yet.
BlueMeHD has giving me the capability to connect my smartphone and download and listen to hundreds of albums on Pandora without needing to connect a turntable or cd player. I have a 48 year old Marantz receiver and the connection was so simple a caveman can do it. The sound is really good would recommend this product best $90 bucks I've invested in a long time. Thanks Auris
The ability to add Bluetooth capabilities to vintage high end audio equipment makes this product a great solution.
I have been using the for a few days, and am thoroughly enjoying it. Setup was quick. Synced to phone and using it to stream podcast and Amazon Music through me stereo. It has been flawless, and the sound it great.
Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!
Easy to set up! Excellent sound. I have an older reciever and it works on it flawlessly!
I am now able to listen to satellite radio on my 55 year old component stereo system! I love it!
Receiver with very good sound quality, great range, lightning fast connectivity
Would like to see it have BT transmitter as well as reciever. NOAA weather radio would also be a nice addition.
Really nice unit, smallish, easy to install and set up. Blue tooth hooked up immediately and just like that I was able to lister to my iPod through my only receiver and Bose AM15. Sounds great!
After getting numerous emails, actually a good thing because I most likely never would of purchased one. After a special price on the bluMe Pro and a $15 off, I purchased the bluMe Pro. It did not disappoint! Setup with my Android phone was a breeze. I did have a problem getting my desktop finding the bluMe Pro. I then realized only one at a time so I reset the bluMe Pro and like magic it found the desktop. I enjoy using it when I want my desktop to play my music (I'm a musician) on my home stereo without needing to make a CD, flash drive, etc.
Definitely the bluMe Pro a great device.
The BluME HD receiver was easy to set up and has excellent sound when used with a Tivoli Audio Radio 2 stereo setup. For comparison, I had an AudioEngine device, but the sound was "muddy" and seemed to lack dynamic range; I eventually sold it. The sound now is clear and pairing is quick and easy. I appreciate the included RCA plugs and the ability to turn the device and its blue LED off, since it is in the bedroom.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
The device works as advertised. It was very easy to connect to my receiver and then connect to my phone. The audio through it is very good.
It is an excellent new product that is much better than my streamer long before. Fast connecting to my iPhone through wifi. My musics sound perfectly when pairing with me an integrated amp or headphone amp. I like its small size but sounds big. A very good upgraded audio component.
Easy pairing , very good sound, solid nice design, much appreciated glass screen display
