I just received the device and have only used it twice so more to learn and experience. The company communicated well throughout the process and the product was received in a timely manner. It is boxed well with everything you will need. As for setup, it could not be easier as I ended up using my phono jacks on my Adcom preamp and using the power source from the back of the unit as well, this took literally two minutes. The pairing of the device with my phone was even faster. As stated I have only used it twice and for me the sound qualify is just not as good as I was hoping for but I have adjustments that can be made to work on this. I am comparing this device to my Denon unit which has the connection for my spotify built in and right now it sounds better. I did have connection problem with the blue tooth and that it was lost twice when using it the second time but that could be my internet. All in all so far so good.
All good !! Makes the unit I replaced with the Blu Me ,sound shallow in comparison, I was convinced immedietly of the presence and realism of detail on my economy setup, Thanks ,All Good ! !

Excellent product. I forgot how good my old system and speakers sound. Grabbed it off my porch, hooked it up, and 5 minutes later was smiling like it was 1982 again.
The bluMe Pro blew me away! Unbelievable performance especially for the price. My first streamer as I have been exclusively CD all the way. This bluMe Pro is easy to set up and use as expected. I used the RCA analog outs for a few hours and then changed to the optical out. Wow what a difference! Using the optical connection the sound is very close to my very expensive CD playback system with the added convenience of the unlimited music library. Using Spotify Premium with great results. In my audio journey of over 50 years this bluMe Pro is a breakthrough revolutionary product Highly recommended!!
Customer care team resolved my issues very quickly and proactively. Product has outstanding sound quality. Noticeably different than previouse reveivers. I also have the BluMe Duo and enjoy the feature set. Great for vehicles. I highly recommend the product and the company.

This is my second "Pro". The signal reaches far further than 'the best' BT interface I had been able to find in the past. The audio quality is amazing - it's strong and very crisp.

I have vintage system that includes Lamm ML1 tube amps and Dunlavy tower speaker cabinets. I have waited for a Bluetooth device that had the sonic audio quality to match the system. I have tried several options in the past with no success. The convenience and storage capacity of the iPhone has always been great. Now with the bluMe Pro all of these environments can finally work together to offer a stellar acoustic experience that is both convenient and musically stunning. No more changing CD’s on this outdoor sound system! The sound quality from this bluMe Pro unit is much better than the original CD, just ask my neighbors. And the hook up to my PA Amplifier couldn’t be more easier. Now I can play all the music straight from the iPhone with Apple Music!!
Auris was amazingly responsive, replying swiftly with detailed instructions AND PHOTOS of how to connect to my vintage gear (Sansui 9090db). The performance is even better than claimed. I plan to buy another.
Easy to set up and I think the sound is better through my old Denon AVR than the CD’s sound. Awesome device.
